The transformation of our emblematic Cava Gran Rupestre to Cava Jovani Gran Rupestre is the result of the recent transition of our winery, formerly known as Bodegas Berdié, to Bodegas Jovani. This decision has been motivated by our passion for the elaboration of high quality wines and cavas, as well as by the modernization of our brand and our facilities.

The Cava Jovani Gran Rupestre, like its predecessor, continues to be a symbol of our winery and of the winemaking tradition of the region. With its refined and smooth flavor, this cava has won numerous awards and recognitions in the main national and international wine and cava competitions.

In short, the transformation of our flagship product, Cava Jovani Gran Rupestre, represents the culmination of our vision of offering high-quality wines and cavas to our customers, with a modern and dynamic brand that reflects our passion for tradition and innovation.

Visual phase. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very elegant, with a fine bubble that forms a remarkable crown in the glass.
Olfactory phase. Its olfactory profile is intense and expressive, fresh and sweet at the same time, with notes of ripe white fruit, Cantaloup melon and hints of tropical fruit. Herbaceous hints of fennel are detected on a very fine background of pastry, nuts, hazelnuts and yeast.
Gustatory phase. On the palate it has a good attack, pleasant, fresh and with good acidity. Nuts, hazelnuts and brioix appear again. Of an extreme finesse that makes it attractive and elegant.
