Origami Magic was born as the most intimate project of the three Jovani brothers. We work exclusively with white and rosé wines using the emblematic varieties of the Penedès—xarel·lo, macabeu, and xarel·lo vermell—cultivated with the same respect for the land that we apply to our cavas. Each Origami Magic wine is a piece of precision, like the origami that gives it its name: layers of flavor and aroma that unfold little by little.
