TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow. The bubbles will surprise you. It is pleasant, fresh and perfumed with clean aromas of citrus and flowers. In the mouth, more intense: ripe fruit, creamy, elegant and with a sweet aftertaste of bitter almond. With personality.
VINEYARDS
Only traditional varieties have been used: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, from their own vineyards and grown organically. We look for the coupage according to the vintage for the second fermentation in the bottle, according to the traditional method. Bottle aging for more than 30 months in the underground cellar.
