This is Amor, in its most natural version. We craft it without dosage, so that only the grapes speak: Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada, and a touch of Garnacha. Its pale pink hue shines through the clear bottle, and its dry character highlights the fruity and mineral notes. A cava to be shared in moments filled with truth and simplicity.

TASTING NOTE
Pale, bright pink, very delicate. On the nose, it is clean and subtle, with aromas of stone fruit (peach, apricot) and a light floral background. On the palate, it is dry and mineral, with a fine bubble and notes of citrus and toasted almond. Long and persistent finish.
VINEYARDS
Mediterranean Garnacha that we add to the traditional Cava varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. All organically farmed. They are vinified separately and produced using the traditional method, with no expedition liqueur added. Aged in the bottle for over 18 months in the underground cellar.
