TASTING NOTE
Bright golden colour, with fine and delicate bubbles. On the nose, evolved notes of honey and lemon caramel, melted butter and pastries are perceived, with subtle touches of undergrowth and a sea breeze background. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a balanced acidity that contrasts with the creaminess of its prolonged ageing, leaving a persistent and nuanced finish.
VINEYARDS
Only traditional varieties have been used: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada from their own vineyards, grown organically. Each variety is vinified separately and we blend according to the vintage for the second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method. Bottle aging for more than 40 months in the underground cellar.
