Our great cava, complex, long-lived, experienced... Much more than a Gran Reserva. We cut his throat after 42 months but, if he admits it, we keep him much longer. Up to 60 months. They say that rock art is one of the manifestations that have endured the longest years without spoiling. This cava is a Great Rupestrian. And this is partly due to the quality of the grapes and partly to the protection provided by the underground cellar, where the bottles age in silence, in the shade and sheltered from the outside like those wonderful prehistoric paintings. A magical, elegant and very gastronomic cava.

Aging: From 42 to 60 months -Gran Reserva-
Production: 3,000 bottles a year.
You will be surprised to learn: It is aged in rhyme for up to 60 months in the bottle, double the amount required by the Denomination of Origin to be a Gran Reserva.
